Robbie brings a unique blend of skills to his role as Leasing Executive at Match. With a background in commercial leasing and landlord/tenant relations, Robbie has recently returned to the industry after six years in hospitality with a refreshed perspective and drive to contribute to evolution of the Auckland city region.
Developing relationships, strategic thinking and a solutions-first approach are skills that Robbie has developed to help provide both landlords and tenants with the necessary tools to make decisions that align with their short and long-term goals.
Away from the office Robbie is the head chef of his own kitchen! When he isn't cooking will likely be following his beloved Liverpool Football Club or spending time with his daughter, Norah.
What excites you about what you do at match?
Working within a fast-paced industry through which your actions are visible and meaningful to those directly involved and the wider public. Auckland has developed massively in the 6 years
I have lived in New Zealand, and I can't wait to see and contribute to future developments.
How does match challenge you?
Our job is to connect people through real estate. As the commercial sector is constantly evolving, no dealings are the same, and some situations require flexible and inventive solutions.
The best thing about match?
The team's honesty and diligence, we do our best to ensure everyone who works with us feels that.
In one word describe match?
Ambitious.
How would you change the face of Auckland’s cityscape?
Transport infrastructure! I would also love to see future redevelopments to Auckland harbour with the focus towards sustainability and cultural identity.
