With a background as a chartered surveyor in the UK and Ireland, Alan understands the technical side of commercial property challenges, and how best to manage them. His attention to detail, combined with his conscientious and efficient nature, lends itself to completing assignments with a minimum of fuss.
Alan is widely regarded for his dedication and professionalism, forging loyal relationships on both sides of a transaction.
A native of Ireland, Alan loves to travel around his new home of New Zealand, usually finding a golf course along the way. He is a huge football fan, despite the days of his playing career being long gone.
Over 9 years
Our Projects, the opportunity to be involved in positive change for Auckland through our developments and the introduction of new retailers, new hospitality concepts, and new hospitality operators to the market.
We often have to counter people’s fear of change. Our work involves taking our clients (landlords, developers, retailers, hospitality operators) on a journey and doing something different. Selling the dream is always a challenge.
Our Projects, our professionalism, the breadth of knowledge and ideas across the office, our flat structure.
I’ve only lived in Auckland for 9 years and the change in the city that I have witnessed has been remarkable. The next 9 years should see the city become almost recognisable through the number pipeline of private and public sector projects in the development pipeline. I would like to see Auckland become a truly global city, where its residents & visitors live, work and play. The zenith for New Zealand’s retail offer, a world class food & beverage scene, a centre for the Arts and a national sporting stadium on the waterfront.
