PCNZ Retail Conference 2019

Match is proud to have been this years principal sponsor for the annual PCNZ Retail Conference. The conference had interesting and diverse speakers, providing some great insights into the retail property industry.

This year the conference explored the Customer Experience Movement; why CX needs to be ingrained in your brand’s DNA, how you can deliver on what your consumers value and how to transform your customer journey to ensure the right mix of efficiency and ease while maintaining a brand personality that people want to engage with.

Some of the highlights for match included sponsoring Mimi Gilmour-Buckley, co-owner of Burger Burger, who presented a very insightful, yet humorous speech about her successes and failures in the industry and ultimately what’s got her where she is today.
