Goodman has developed a densely populated office, dining and retail precinct known as VXV at the entrance of Wynyard Quarter. The VXV precinct is home to New Zealand’s premier blue-chip companies like Fonterra, Vodafone and Air New Zealand. The development offers commercial and retail space such as cafes, bars and amenities.

Key Achievements (unique challenges): This was an opportunity to deliver something different, a food and beverage mix that better represented the changing habits of corporate occupiers as well as providing the necessary service retail expected in these office park style developments.
